At Foma, we boast one of the most advanced and modern solutions for high productivity horizontal milling offered by Mazak: PALLETECH HIGH RISE SYSTEM (500N).
This system was configured with two inline integrated Mazak HCN 5000 horizontal machining centres, with up to 480 tools available in the integrated Tool Live magazines. Thanks to the Multi Pallet System (32), high-speed pallet transfer and extended unmanned operation is ensured. This allows a wide range of components to be produced in the same working day without adding set-up and start-up time.
